We aim to bring preventive/remedial approaches to affected groups in pursuit of eradicating norms, attitudes and behavior in general as critical segments of our communities.

In honour and memory of the great global leader, the father of our rainbow nation, President Nelson Mandela once said in one of his speeches:

“At the end of the day, the yardstick that we shall be judged by is one and only is, are we, through our endeavours here, creating the basis to better the lives of all South Africans”. He continues to say:

“Our nation needs, as a matter of urgency, what one writer has called an RDP of the soul’. When we succeed in changing our own way of doing things, when we make progress in transforming society at all levels. We shall not only be improving our own quality of life. We shall also be laying the basis for a future of hope for our children and grandchildren”.

Last but not least we quote another life-transforming statement from his heart: “There is great need to instil in the consciousness of the people a sense of solidarity, ‘of being in the world for one another’

As if that was not enough our current President, Cyril Ramaphosa said as he launched the “Thuma Mina Campaign”:

“It is about patriotism and a call for South Africans to work together to build a new and improved South Africa”.

Therefore Project “Unlimited Community Alignment” is our response to this Higher Calling.

At Siyabalanda, ‘we are called to join hands and go after those in tears and or targeted’, together with the citizenry of any given community, government, service providers, private sector and all concerned stakeholders of our rainbow nation in pursuit of total eradication of societal ills, especially GBVF affecting women, children, girls and LGBTQIA+. Siyabalanda says ‘Thuma Mina’.

We voluntarily avail ourselves, time, skills, resources and any possible inputs to this Higher Calling for that solidarity and patriotic stance as spelt out by the great Presidents of our nation. In as much, we stretch the Invitation on an OPEN CALL BASIS to all who feel likewise to join hands with us and be part of this NEW BREED of game-changers in communities and together dismantle the barbaric grip of GBVF in our society.

We can’t continue finger-pointing and game-blaming systems for failures we can address. We, therefore, take full charge and control of the DETOXICATING PROCESS. Our generation needs a complete ‘Moral Overhaul’; the veins of our communities have to be subjected to a complete flush-out process. Removing the old mindset and replacing such with a positive fresher way of relating and living standards. It is a collective effort.
